This is a FREE Effects Pack that is actually pulled from my ULTIMATE EFFECTS PACK.
Feel free to download it and test it out.
HOW TO USE THE PACK
Designed for Premiere Pro
HOW TO INSTALL:
1: Download + Extract Files
2: Open a Project that you are working on in Premiere Pro
3: Drag "FREE VHS GLITCH EFFECTS PACK.prproj" into Premiere Pro
4: Locate missing media if needed. It will be in the same folder you downloaded.
5: Done
HOW TO USE:
1: Click on the button "Insert and overwrite sequences as nests or individual clips" (UPPER LEFT OF TIMELINE)
2: That button should be white now.
3: Select the V1 button to the FAR LEFT.
4: Click and drag any effect you would like over a transition.
NOTES:
This pack was designed at 1920x1080. If you would like to change the resolution or work in a 4K timeline or 4:5, here's what you need to do:
1: Right-click in the Project area. Click "View Hidden"
2: Open "DO NOT DELETE"
3: Double click on KH NESTED Adjustment Layer
4: Right-click on "Black Video" and select Enable. That should disable the layer. close.
5: To change the resolution, Right-click on KH NESTED Adjustment Layer and select "Sequence Settings"
6: Change that resolution to whatever sequence settings you would like.
